Chilli Garlic Pasta | Spaghetti aglio e olio | Chilli Garlic Noodles
Chilli garlic pasta which is also known as sapghetti aglio e olio or chilli garlic noodles, or Basic Garlic and Chilli Pasta is the simplest recipe cooked using pasta, only a few ingredients make this a delight. Sometimes simple food is the best and this 5 ingredient spaghetti Aglio e olio wonderfully combines the flavours of garlic, chilli and fresh parsley or coriander leaves to deliver a mouthwatering meal with minimum fuss. Basically this recipe is being prepared using olive oil, but here I’ve used my favourite oil, but it didn’t change the taste of the recipe. Let’s learn step by step process to prepare this recipe.
Chilli Garlic Pasta | Spaghetti aglio e olio | Chilli Garlic Noodles
- 1½ Cup Spaghetti Pasta
- ¼ Cup Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 tbsp Chopped garlic
- ½ tbsp Chopped chilli
- 1 tsp Mustard oil (Olive oil can be used)
- ½ cube Butter
- ¼ Cup Chopped coriander leaves
- ¼ tsp Salt
- ¼ tsp Italian seasonings
In a wok add spaghetti and boil it.
When cooked keep the spaghetti aside, and hear 1 tsp of mustard oil & 1 cube of butter.
Add garlic and chilli cook them but do not change its colour.
Add boiled spaghetti and mix them well.
Add coriander leaves and mix them well, then add italian seasonings and grate some cheese.
Serve it.
