Creamy Macaroni Recipe

Macaroni can be cooked in varieties, In this recipe I’ve used milk’s cream so that its natural delicacy can be maintained. With the help of all purpose flour, butter and cream prepare roux, and hence this delicious recipe can easily be prepared. Let’s learn step by step process to cook this recipe.

Creamy Macaroni Recipe

  • 1 cup All Purpose Flour (Maida)
  • 1/2 cup Milk's Cream
  • 1 Pinch Each Oregano and Mixed Herbs
  • 1 tbsp Rock Salt/Sea Salt
  • 1 tbsp Grated Carrot
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Cauliflower
  • 1 tbsp Boiled Corn Kernels
  • 1 tbsp Boiled Peas
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Onion
  • 1 tbsp Finely Chopped Green Chili
  1. Take all the ingredients as shown in the image.
  2. Add butter in a pan and dry roast all purpose flour just to remove its rawness.
  3. In a grinding jar add milk’s cream, and roasted flour along with a pinch of salt and black pepper.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and add all the chopped ingredients.
  5. Add boiled macaroni and mix it well.
  6. Add salt and all the herbs in the same pan along with cream, add half a cup of water and mix it well.
  7. Mix it well and serve it hot.
