Crispy Cauliflower Manchurian Recipe
Manchurian is basically a Chinese recipe, but nowadays it is common street food of India, generally it is served as starter, snacks or side dish. Let’s learn how to cook this recipe more delicious and crispy.
Crispy Cauliflower Manchurian
- 1 tbsp Chopped Garlc
- 1 tbsp Chopped Ginger
- 1 tbsp Chopped Green chili
- 1 tbsp Chopped Red Chili
- 1 tbsp Choped Spring Onion
- 1 tbsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1 tbsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 cup Cauliflower
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 tbsp Soya sauce
- 1 tbsp Tomato Sauce
- 1 tbsp Green Chili Sauce
- 2 tbsp All Purpose Flour (Maida)
- 1 tbsp Corn Flour
- Take all the ingredients as shown in the image.
- Take a cup of washed cauliflower and add 1 tbsp of turmeric,1 tsp of salt mix well and put it aside.
- In a container add 2 tbsp of all purpose flour and corn flour along with black Black Pepper Powder and whisk it for some time and put it aside.
- Now add cauliflower in the all purpose flour and corn flour mixture so that the batter can cover it properly.
- Heat a pan and deep fry the cauliflowers.
- After it turns golden brown take it out on kitchen towel.
- Now heat oil in another pan and add ginger garlic paste along with red and green chili one by one.
- Take the sauces as shown in the image.
- Now add all the sauces one by one.
- Mix all the ingredients well and add half a cup of water.
- Keep Stirring and add fried cauliflower.
- Mix it well and cook it for 5 minutes.
- Add chopped spring onion and chopped coriander leaves.
- Dish is ready to be served with any sauces or chutneys.
