Crispy Okra And Potato Bhujiya Recipe
Bhujiya is a famous recipe of Bihar (India), it is prepared with sliced and chopped vegetables stir fried in mustard oil with salt and turmeric powder. It is very quick and healthy preparation, one can prepare this recipe within no time, and can be eaten along with rice and lentils. Today I tried potato and okra bhujiya let’s learn step by step process to prepare this recipe.
Okra And Potato Bhujiya Recipe
- 1/2 cup Chopped Potato
- 1/2 cup Chopped okra
- 2 tbsp Mustard Oil
- 1 Piece Dried Red Chili
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tbsp Chicken masala powder
- 1/2 tbsp Chopped Onion
- Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and dried red chili.
- Add chopped potatoes and stir fry them.
- In the same pan add chopped okra and stir fry them together.
- Add salt, turmeric powder and chicken masala powder.
- When they turns crispy and golden brown then add Chopped onion and cook them together.
- Bhujiya is ready to be served.
