Curd and Roasted Gram Flour Tikka
This recipe is very flavorful and creamy due to hung curd and crunchiness of dry fruits adds special kick. Let’s try this Tea time snack at home.
Curd and Roasted Gram flour Tikka.
- 1 cup Hung curd
- 1 tbsp Red Chili Powder
- 1 tbsp Mustard Powder
- 1 tbsp Curry Powder
- 1 tbsp Choped Green Chili
- 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1 cup Vegetable Oil
- 1 tbsp Garam Masala
- 1 tbsp Rice Flour
- 1 cup Chopped Dry Fruits (As per your choice.)
- Take a bowl and add hung curd, roasted gram flour,all the spices, salt and mix it well.
- Take another plate and spread rice flour just for dusting your curd tikka.
- With the help of hand form spherical shape and put dry fruits inside and dust with rice flour.
- Heat little oil in a pan and roast your tikka.
- Tikka recipe is ready to be serviced with your favourite chutneys or sauce or mayonnaise.
