Dry Fruits And Coffee Brownie Recipe (Egg less)
Although we often wonder the differences between brownie and cakes but the delicacy is sumptuous for both of them, the amount of ingredients varies and even the choices of flavors just to differentiate the both. Here I’ve used coffee and a small amount of coco powder to make the aroma lingering into it. Let’s learn step by step process to prepare brownie recipe without using oven. I’ve used a steamer set up not the steamer for the same, which one can easily make at home.
Dry Fruits And Coffee Brownie Recipe
- 1 cup All Purpose Flour (Maida)
- 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tbsp Unsalted Butter
- 1 tbsp Vanilla essence
- 1 tbsp Coco powder
- 2 tbsp Coffee powder
- 4 tbsp Grated White Chocolate
- 5 Pieces Giant monster gems
- 1 cup Condensed milk
- 1/4 cup Any crushed Dry Fruits (I've used almonds, resins and cashew nuts.)
- First of all we require any container I’ve used stainless steel container.
- Grease it with butter and apply dry all purpose flour into it.
- Sieve all purpose flour using a strainer along with baking soda and baking powder.
- Either use caster sugar or simply grind sugar to prepare powder.
- In the sieved flour add coco powder and coffee powder.
- Add powdered sugar in the same container and mix it well.
- Take dry fruits and crush them or simply cut them into small pieces.
- Sprinkle some vanilla essence into the flour mixture.
- Take butter and melt it using microwave or as you prefer.
- Drizzle condensed milk in the container along with butter and dry fruits. Adding water into the mixture prepare a batter and transfer it into the greased container.
- Now in a deep cooking pan add water and a bowl filled with water for steamer set up.
- Put the container above the bowl as shown in the image.
- Put the lid on and cook it for 30 to 35 minutes and keep checking in between.
- When it is done let it rest for some time then transfer into a plate.
- Take grated white chocolate and monster gems.
- Put the embellishment on and serve it.
