Fried Idli Recipies

Idli is the recipe belongs to South India, but a famous street food of all over India. It is traditionally prepared with the batter of rice and lentils soaked overnight. But here I’m giving some more delight to the same recipe, let’s learn how to embellish this recipe.

Fried Idli Recipies

  • 8 Pieces Idli
  • 1 tbsp Black Mustard Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Curry Leaves
  • 1 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tbsp Coriander Leaves
  1. Take a pan and heat it with some black mustard seeds, curry leaves.
  2. Add 1 tbsp of vegetable oil and sear half of the idli for some time.
  3. Serve it with your favorite chutney.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in another pan and add rest of the idli.
  5. Take it out on kitchen towel.
  6. Garnish this with coriander leaves and serve it with your favorite chutney.
