Fruit Pasta Salad Recipe

Pasta Fruit Salad is the perfect colourful magnificent dish that will impress even the captious of palates. It is not only simple to make but healthy too! I have made a very simple pasta salad here with some fruits, pasta, sprouts and veggies. One can add any fruits available during the season, I have also added few sauces here one can add mayonnaise or yoghurt as a dressing, let’s learn step by step process to prepare this delightful salad recipe.

 

Fruit Pasta Salad Recipe

  • 1 Cup Sprouts
  • 1/2 Cup Fusilli Pasta
  • 2 tbsp Fruits (Grapes and Lichi )
  • 1 tbsp Coriander chutney
  • 1 tsp Mustard sauce
  • 1 tsp Peri-peri sauce
  • 1 tbsp Chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp Chopped cucumber
  • 1 tbsp Chopped onion
  • 1 tsp Chopped green chillies
  • 1 tbsp Steamed and chopped carrot
  • 6 Pieces Grapes
  • 3 Pieces Lichi
  1. In a container put the sprouts.



  2. Add boiled pasta.



  3. Add chopped tomatoes, cucumber, green chillies and onions.



  4. Add steamed and chopped carrot.



  5. Add fruits of your choice, I have added grapes and lichi.



  6. Add coriander chutney.



  7. Add mustard sauce and peri-peri sauce.



  8. Mix them well and the recipe is ready to be served.
