Gajar laddu Recipe
Carrot halwa is very common recipe but molding them in the form laddu is more delightful way to appease kids. Also unlike halwa we can eat a proportionate amount of sweet if we prepare laddu, I’ve used several binding ingredients to make it firm, even the usage of boora is healthy as it is a kind of cooked sugar which can not increase blood sugar level, let’s learn step by step process to prepare this recipe.
Gajar laddu Recipe
- 2 cup Grated carrots
- 1/2 cup Boora Sugar
- 1/2 cup Milk powder
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 tbsp Resins
- 1 tbsp Grated coconut
- 1 tsp Cardamom Powder
- 1 tbsp Chopped almonds
- 3 tbsp Cashew nuts
- 1 tbsp Clarified butter (Ghee)
- Take carrot and grate it as shown in the image.

- Take all the ingredients as shown in the image.

- Heat clarified butter in the pan.

- Add grated carrot in the pan.

- When carrot turns soft then add milk and cream.

- Cook it for sometime.

- When milk evaporates then add desiccated coconut.

- Add milk powder and boora sugar in the pan and mix it well.

- Grease the plate and put the ingredients and let it set.

- Put dry fruits and mix it well.

- Apply water in hand and prepare laddu.

- Put it in fridge and serve it.
