Whenever I feel the festival is arriving, I try my hands at new delicacies, and this time I am making the best easy and quick guiltfree recipe of mango peda, it is the sweets made from milk, but the traditional process is very lengthy, as we need to make the thickened milk by putting the milk on the low flame which consumes a lot of time and efforts. But this mouth-watering delicacy is unbelievably a simple fare sweet with mango puree and creamy milk powder. It’s a great recipe to make for festivals like Diwali, Holi, and Janmashtami. Plus, they are the absolute guilt-free, sweet delights for any occasion that are perfectly portioned, and guess what, they’re portable too.

- ¼ Cup Milk
- ¼ Cup Milk powder
- 1 Piece Cardamom
- 1 tbsp Mango pure
- 6 Pieces Cashew nuts (For decoration )
- 1 tbsp Clarified butter
In a pan add 1 tbsp of clarified butter and heat it.
Add milk and simmer it for a few minutes.
Add milk powder mix it well and cook it for few minutes to remove its rawness, then add mango pure and mix it well then switch off the flame and let it cool down.
Prepare the shapes of peda and decorate it with dry fruits of your choice.
