Jeera Aloo Paratha Recipe
- 1 cup Wheat flour
- 1 cup Jeera aloo recipe
- 1 cup Clarified butter (Ghee)
- 1 tsp Black Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1 tsp Chat masala and Roasted Cumin Powder
- Take jeera aloo recipe as shown in the image.
- Prepare wheat flour dough as shown in the image.
- Mash jeera aloo and add all the ingredients like black salt, black pepper, chat masala and roasted cumin seed powder.
- Divide the dough and prepare the bolls as shown in the image.
- Prepare the potato bolls as shown in the image.
- With the help of rolling board and rolling pin prepare the flat bread and put potato boll over it as shown in the image.
- prepare the dumplings as shown in the image.
- Roll it again and prepare paratha as shown in the image.
- Heat a pan and put the flatbreads over it.
- Flap it with it turns golden brown.
- Apply clarified butter in paratha properly.
- Serve it with your favorite chutney.
