Kiwi which is also known as Chinese gooseberry, it is available in two different varieties one is green and another is yellow from inside. This fruit is native to china and is considered as national fruit of the country, its name is Yang-tao.

Italy, New Zealand, France, Japan, Chile, and the United States are the major contributors to the commercial production of this fruit, where it went through various name changes. After going through multiple names, the fruit was finally named as ‘kiwi’ in the honor of the national bird of New Zealand for its small, fuzzy, brown appearance resembling the fur coat of the flightless brown kiwi bird.

Kiwi is the excellent source of Vitamins like C, A,E,K. It consists of minerals like potassium,calcium, magnesium, and phosphorus. It is full of antioxidant and fibers, hence it is very healthy. Lets learn the steps to prepare this smoothie recipe.

  • 4 Pieces Kiwi
  • 4 Pieces Ice cubes
  • 2 tbsp Rose syrup
  1. Take all the kiwis, peel it off.



  2. Cut them into equal halves.



  3. Cut them into even small pieces so that smoothie can not get any lumps.



  4. Grind them by adding ice cubes.



  5. Fore serving take two glasses and drizzle some rose syrups into it.



  6. Pour the grind ingredients.



  7. Recipe is ready to serve.
