Masala Paratha Recipe
Masala paratha or spicy flatbread is very famous in Gujarat (India), it is known as thepla, here I’ve given a twist to the recipe by adding some selected spices. Let’s learn step by step process to prepare this recipe.
Masala Paratha Recipe
- 1 cup Wheat flour
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 tbsp Lentils masala
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Kashmiri mirch powder
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
- 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1 tsp Ajwain and mangril
- 1 tsp Salt
- Take all the ingredients and add in the wheat flour.
- Prepare the dough as shown in the image.
- Prepare the shapes as shown in the image.
- Prepare flatbread using rolling board and rolling pin.
- Heat a griddle and put it above it.
- Cook it from both the sides.
- Serve it with your favorite chutney.
