Mixed Veg Paneer ( Cottage Cheese) Kofta Recipe
Paneer kofta with mixed veg is very unique concoction of veggies and cottage cheese balls, it can be served with rice or chapatis, let’s learn how to cook this mixed veg paneer kofta recipe.
Mixed Veg Paneer Kofta Recipe
- 1 cup Boiled and crumbled Paneer
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Back Pepper Powder
- 1 tbsp Chopped Corriander leaves
- 2 tbsp Chopped Onion
- 1 tbsp Chopped Garlic
- 1 tbsp Chopped Green chili
- 2 tbsp Chopped Tomatoes
- 1 tbsp Chopped Carrot
- 1 tbsp Curry Powder
- 1 tbsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tbsp Degi Mirch / Red Chili Powder
- 1 Cup Vegetable Oil (For Frying)
- In crumbled cottage cheese add salt and black pepper and prepare balls and fry them as shown in the image.
- Remove fried balls and discard excess oil from the pan, add 1 tbsp of oil in the pan and chopped onion and let them turn translucent.
- Add chopped garlic, chopped green chili in the same pan and fry them unless rawness vanishes.
- Add chopped tomatoes and let them cook.
- Add chopped carrots and stir fry them, add turmeric powder, red chili powder and turmeric powder.
- Add 1 cup water in the cooking pan and let them cook for 2 minutes.
- Add paneer balls in the gravy and let them stir fry for some time.
- Add crumbled paneer and coriander leaves and turn off the flame.
- Garnish it with coriander leaves and the recipe is ready to be served.
