Muthiya Recipe | खाना भी बर्बाद ना हो और सभी आपकी तारीफ करें

Muthiya is the fist shaped steamed snack, the name has been given to it just due to its method of preparation, binding it with hand forms the shape of this recipe, muthi meaning fist, and the recipe prepared binding with fist is muthiya. I am preparing this recipe with leftover veggies, rice, lentils etc. So I am adding all the veggies into a mixing bowl with chopped onion, coriander leaves and green chillies, as my muthiya is going to be spicier due to spices of the veggies into it, so I am not adding lemon juice, and other spices into it. There are many different variation to the muthia recipe, so one can prepare any recipe as per the choice of the ingredients, various concoction of the veggies made it healthy and delightful. This is healthy snack because it steamed not deep fried. There are two methods of making muthiya – one is steaming and second is shallow frying or deep frying.
