Non-fried Curd And Veggies Bread Roll Recipe
I tried something new with curd and chopped vegetables, the concoction of sprouts making this recipe more delightful, even the fresh feeling of non fried recipe will linger the aroma of health benefits, offering no guilt of fried bread roll. Here I’ve used brown bread keeping in mind the health related phenomena, so let’s quickly learn this recipe to bring it in our routine.
Non-fried Curd And Veggies Bread Roll Recipe
- 2 Slices Of Brown Brade
- 2 Pieces Boiled Potatoes
- 2 tbsp Hung curd
- 1 tbsp Chopped tomatoes, capsicum, beetroot,coriander,tomatoes
- 1 tbsp Boiled Corn Kernels
- 1 tsp Boiled green peas
- 1 tbsp Sprouts
- 1 tsp Black Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- In a bowl add chopped vegetables, curd and lemon juice mix them well.
- Boil sprouts, corn and green peas, but do not make them moist.
- Add boiled potatoes in the curd mixture and mash them.
- Add boiled corn, green peas and sprouts in the same container.
- Sprinkle black salt and black pepper in the mixture and the filling for the bread roll is ready.
- Take a bowl of fresh water and dunk the bread slices after removing the corners as shown in the image.
- Put the filling in between the bread slice and squeeze extra water.
- On the appme tray apply clarified butter and sear it from both the sides.
- Recipe is ready to be served.
