Onion (Pyaaz) Paratha Recipe
Onion paratha is very easy to cook recipe, when I feel slothful then I prefer pyaaz paratha because it can be enjoyed along with any salsa, salad or raita. Let’s learn how to prepare this recipe.
Onion (Pyaaz) Paratha Recipe
- 1 cup Wheat flour
- 1 tbsp Finely Chopped Onion
- 1 tbsp Finely Chopped Green Chili
- 1 tbsp Finely Chopped Spring Onion
- 1 tbsp Finely Chopped Coriander leaves
- 1 tbsp Celery (Ajwain)
- 1 tbsp Kalonji or Mangrail, Black Caraway, Nigella,
- Take wheat flour in a bowl and add all the ingredients as shown in the image.
- Make the dough as shown in the image.
- Prepare the shapes as shown in the image.
- With the help of rolling pin and rolling board prepare the flatbread.
- Sear it from both the sides and add 1 tbsp of ghee or vegetable oil as shown in the image.
- Serve it with your favorite veggies or chutney.
