Paneer Bharta Masala Recipe
- 1 cup Mashed Paneer
- 1/2 cup Paste of Red chili and Onion
- 1/2 cup Tomato Paste
- 1/2 cup Milk and Cashewnut
- 1 cup Paste of turmeric powder, red chili, coriander powder
- 1 tbsp Coriander Leaves
- 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- Take a pan and heat one tbsp of vegetable oil in it and add the paste of red chili and onion in it.
- Add one tbsp of ginger garlic paste in it.
- Add tomato puree in the same cooking utensil.
- Cook it for two minutes then add the paste of spices and salt.
- After some time add the paste of cashew-nuts and milk.
- Add grated paneer in the same pan.
- Mix it well and add half cup of water in it, mix it well then add finely chopped coriander leaves.
- Serve it with chapatis or rice.
