Paneer (Cottage Cheese) Masala Recipe Dhaba Style
- 1 cup Boiled Paneer
- 1 Piece Cinnamon Stick
- 1 Piece Bay leaf
- 1 Piece Green Cardamom
- 3 tbsp Chopped Onion
- 4 tbsp Chopped Tomatoes
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 tbsp Dried Red Chili
- 2 tbsp Clarified Butter (Ghee)
- 1 Cube Butterscotch Crystals
- 1 tsp kastoori Methi (Dried Fenugreek Leaves)
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tbsp Curd
- 1 tbsp Mixture of Roasted Gram Flour and Red chili Powder
- 1 tbsp Chopped Coriander leaves
- Take the dried spices in a pan and let them splutter.
- Add clarified butter in the same cooking pot.
- Add chopped onion in the pan and let them turn translucent.
- Add turmeric in the pan.
- Add curd in the pan.
- Mix them well and let them cook.
- Add tomatoes and salt.
- Add roasted gram-flour and red chili powder mixture.
- Add water and coriander leaves.
- Add boiled paneer into it.
- Mix them well.
- Add water into it and let them cook.
- Cover the lid and cook them for 5 minutes.
- Add butter and kastoori Methi (Dried Fenugreek Leaves) into it and the recipe is ready to be served.
