Paneer Gravy Curry Recipe

Paneer Gravy Curry Recipe
- 1 cup Paneer cubes
- 1 cup Paste of Garlic, ginger, onion tomatoes and green chili
- 1 cup Soaked cashew nuts and almonds
- 1 tsp Salt (According to your taste)
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Kashmiri mirch powder
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Sabji masala powder
- 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
- 1 tbsp Chopped Coriander leaves
- 1 tsp kasoori Methi (Dried Fenugreek Leaves)
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 piece Bay leaf
- 2 tbsp Mustard Oil
- 1 tsp Clarified butter (Ghee)
- Heat oil in the pan and add cottage cheese cubes into the pan.
- When it turns golden brown then remove it and put it aside.
- In the same pan add a tbsp of oil, splutter some cumin seeds along with one bay leaf.
- Meanwhile prepare the paste of tomato, ginger, garlic, green chili and onion and pour that paste into the pan.
- Cook the spices unless they start to separate from oil.
- Add all the spices and salt in the pan and mix them well.
- Grind the soaked cashew nuts and almonds.
- Add the grind paste of nuts in the pan.
- Add a cup of water and mix them well.
- Add kasoori methi in the pan.
- Add paeer in the pan and mix them well.
- Add coriander leaves and switch off the flame.
- Serve it hot .
