Pink Sauce Pasta | Pinky Pasta
Under my experimental cooking I tried something colourful and delicious using pasta, here I’ve used spaghetti pasta for this recipe, it came out really wonderous, I am using beetroot for the bright pink texture. It can be an easy choice for you to grab it as breakfast. Let’s learn step by step process to prepare this recipe.
Pink Sauce Pasta | Pinky Pasta
- 1/2 ltr Milk
- 1 cup Spaghetti pasta
- 2 tbsp Grated carrot and beetroot
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black pepper powder
- 2 Piece Green chillies
- 1 tbsp Chopped coriander leaves
- 1 tbsp Chopped mint leaves
- 1 tsp Corn starch
Boil spaghetti in a microwave for 20 minutes.
Strain it and put it aside.
Add coriander and mint leaves into it.
Add salt and black pepper into it.
Mix it well.
Meanwhile, heat milk and add corn starch n milk solution into it.
In a grinding jar add grated beetroot and carrot along with green chillies, if you want, then add few cloves of garlic also.
Grind it into a smooth paste.
Use whisker for stirring milk so that it can become thick without touching the container.
Add grind ingredients into it.
Mix it well using whisker so that they can not get any lumps.
Add salt and black pepper into it, if you want, then add some seasonings and cheese also at this stage.
Keep stirring it.
Add spaghetti pasta into it.
Mix it well.
Switch off the flame and the recipe is ready to be served.
