Rasgulla Recipe

Rasgulla is the recipe of Indian subcontinents, Bengal (India) is famous for rasgulla having several variances. Let’s learn how to cook Rasgulla recipe.

Rasgulla Recipe

  • 1 liter Full cream milk
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 cup Water/Milk
  • 1 tbsp Rose Water
  • 1 tsp Cardamom Powder
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  1. Boil milk in a pan and then add vinegar remove water from cream cheese and let it stay so that no moisture remains.
  2. Mash it with hand for about 10 minutes, one can add khoya also if want.
  3. Make bolls as shown in the image.
  4. Make sugar syrup add cardamom powder, rose water, followed by dumplings.
  5. Let it stay under the syrup for 3 hours and serve it. (Cardamom in it looking black dots which is optional)
