Rasgulla Recipe
- 1 liter Full cream milk
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 cup Water/Milk
- 1 tbsp Rose Water
- 1 tsp Cardamom Powder
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- Boil milk in a pan and then add vinegar remove water from cream cheese and let it stay so that no moisture remains.
- Mash it with hand for about 10 minutes, one can add khoya also if want.
- Make bolls as shown in the image.
- Make sugar syrup add cardamom powder, rose water, followed by dumplings.
- Let it stay under the syrup for 3 hours and serve it. (Cardamom in it looking black dots which is optional)
