Fruit Custard Recipe

Custard is very common sweet dish which can be cooked in hasty sweets craving, but sometimes people demands the technique of cooking so that they can fend off the hustle and bustle of lumps formation while preparing this easy quick sweet dish. I would rather suggest here that while preparing the mixture of custard powder and milk temperature should not vary, because temperature plays a very important role here. So let’s get started.

Fruit Custard Recipe

  • 1/2 liter Milk
  • 1 cup Fruits of your choilce (any seasonal fruits except melon as they can not go better with milk.)
  • 2 tbsp Any crushed Dry Fruits
  • 2 tbsp Custard Powder
  • 2 tbsp Mixture of Sugar and Jaggery
  • 1 tbsp Cardamom Powder
  1. Heat milk and take our half of it in a bowl to prepare the mixture of custard powder and milk by mixing them together.
  2. Take chopped fruits as shown in the image.
  3. Add the custard powder mixture in the container of milk and keep stirring it add dry fruits and cardamom powder.
  4. When custard cools down then add freshly chopped fruits, as there is tendency of fruits getting discolored when added to hot custard mix.
  5. Serve it cold it will be exotic.
