  1. Chop the bottle gourd as shown in the image.
  2. In a pressure-cooker add fenugreek seeds and let it tamper after sometime add mustard oil, chopped onion, green chili and let it cook for sometimes.
  3. Add chopped bottle gourd in the pressure-cooker followed by salt and mustard powder cook it by stirring for 5 minutes.
  4. Add half a cup of water and cook it with 3 whistles. Serve it with rice or chapatis.
