Mango sweet and sour pickle is very quick pickle recipe, it can be prepared with jaggery or sugar, here I have used jaggery, funnel seeds, red chili, raw mango (half ripened mango can also be used). Let’s learn how to prepare mango sweet and sour pickle recipe.

Mango Sweet and Sour Pickles

  • 2 Pieces Raw Mangoes
  • 1 tbsp Fennel Seeds
  • 1 Piece Dried Red Chili
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil/Ghee (Clarified Butter)
  • 1/2 cup Jaggery
  • 1 pinch Salt
  1. Take raw mangoes and wash it properly, cut it in small pieces.
  2. Heat a pan and tamper funnel seeds add 1tbsp of vegetable oil.
  3. Add chopped mangoes in the pan.
  4. Add jaggery in the same pan.
  5. Let it cook as shown in the image.
  6. It can be preserved in a container for 10 to 12 days.
