Tisi/ Teesi (Flax Seed) Chutney Recipe
Flax seeds are known as tisi, teesi or alasi in Hindi, it is very nutritious, those who follow a vegan or vegetarian diet should include the intake of flax seeds, only one or two tbsp is sufficient for getting Omega-3 fatty acids which are generally found in non-vegan food so its a great alternative for vegan diet followers, as the body does not produce this fatty acid. Apart from Omega-3 fatty acids, it also contains alpha-linolenic acid, lignans, and fiber which are helpful in treating inflammation, joint pain, hormonal imbalance, obesity, heart disease, diabetes and even increase glow on the skin so those who want flawless skin can include flax seeds in regular diet. Here I’m preparing flax seeds chutney which can be preserved and eaten on regular basis. Let’s learn step by step process of the flax seed chutney recipe.
