Roasted Gram Flour (Sattu) Chokha Recipe
- 1 cup Roasted Gram Flour (Sattu)
- 1/2 Sliced Raw Mango
- 1/2 Sliced Lemon
- 1 tbsp Roasted Cumin Powder (you can add pickle of red chili or mango)
- 1 tbsp Salt/Black Salt
- 1 tbsp Chopped Onion
- 1 tbsp Chopped Coriander leaves
- 1 tbsp Chopped Green chili
- Take sattu in a bowl and add spices as shown in the image.
- Add all the ingredients as shown in the image.
- Add half a cup of water and form the consistency as sown in the image, add few drops of lemon and garnish it with little coriander leaves, raw mango, lemon and serve it.
