Sewai Recipe
Sewai is very easy sweet dish which does not require any passive time for preparation. It requires milk, any brand of sewai, few dry fruits and sweetener. Let’s learn how to add twist to the same recipe for making it more delicious.
Sewai Recipe
- 1 cup Sewai
- 1/2 liter Milk
- 2 tbsp Each dry-fruits like resins, cashewnuts and almongs
- 1 tbsp Condensed milk
- 1 tbsp Clarified butter (Ghee)
- 1 tsp Cardamom Powder
- Boil the milk.
- Add a tbsp of clarified butter in the pan and roast dry fruits in the pan.
- Roast sewai in the pan.
- In the pan add sewai and half milk.
- Cook it for some time.
- Add some more milk in the pan.
- Add sugar and mix it well.
- Add condensed milk the the same pan.
- Add roasted dry fruits in the pan.
- Mix it well in the pan and sewai is ready to be served.
