Sprouts Salad with colourful ingredients | Sprouted Moong Salad | Green salad with lots of colour

Today I thought to prepare a healthy salad with sprouts but the same normal salad with onion and tomatoes is very common, so I decided to prepare it with a little twist, but my twist does not contain any tricky ingredients, I think that if we stick to the simplicity and forbearance then we can easily be healed physically and mentally, I know what we eat we become, so I need to keep everything very simple with easily available ingredients.

Nowadays due to a sedentary lifestyle and moreover packed junk food people are suffering from obesity, thyroid, diabetes, and high blood pressure and most of the teenage girls are suffering from pcod, pcos which is really surprising and pathetic to know. This is just because of our lifestyle, and if we will change our food, and change the lifestyle then our body will start healing by itself. Let’s stick to the basics and learn how to overcome every disease quickly.

Sprouts Salad with colourful ingredients | Salad for weight loss

  • 1 Cup Mixed herbs and baby spinach leaves (Choose any spinach of your choice)
  • 1 Cup Sprouted mung beans
  • ½ Cup Chopped lettuce
  • 1 Piece Avocado
  • 1 tbsp Each green, yellow, red, and orange bell pepper
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp chopped carrots
  • 2 Piece Thinly sliced radish (I have used red radish) (Use any as per your choice )
  • ½ tsp Salt (As per the taste )
  • ¼ tsp Crushed black pepper
  • ¼ tsp Powdered roasted cumin seeds (optional )
  • 1 tbsp Chopped coriander leaves
  1. In a bowl add all the spinach mix.



  2. Add sprouted mung beans.



  3. Add the rest of the ingredients.



  4. Add seasonings like lemon juice salt and peppers.



  5. Garnish it with coriander leaves and it is ready to be served.
