Suji/Rava (Semolina) Dhokla Recipe
Suji dhokla is instant dhokla recipe which can be served as snack or tea- time recipe. If you have steamer then use it otherwise use this technique Dhokla
Suji/Rava (Semolina) Dhokla Recipe
- 1 cup Semolina
- 1/2 cup Curd
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Eno
- 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1 tbsp Coriander leaes
- 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 1 tsp Curry Leaves
- 1 tsp Black Mustard Seeds
- Add curd into semolina mix them well, add salt and eno let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Put the batter into the dhokla maker.
- Cover the lid and let it cook for few minutes and keep checking whether it is cooked or not.
- Sprinkle some red chili powder and coriander leaves.
- Let it rest for some time then cut them in any desired shape.
- Add black mustard seeds and curry leaves into a pan and prepare the tempering.
- Fry them or you can even put the tempering above dhokla.
- Recipe is ready to be served.
