Tahini Sauce Recipe
- 4 tbsp White sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp Cold pressed coconut oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- Take a cup of sesame seeds and toast it for some time.
- When it starts to splutter then switch off the flame.
- When sesame seeds cools down then take a grinding jar and grind it.
- Add coconut oil little by little and take a whirl around.
- It should look smooth.
- Add salt as per your taste and mix it well
- Put it into an airtight container.
- Refrigerate and use it for a month.
