Today I am sharing a very simple recipe of curd kabab, which can be served during fasting, it is being made with non-grain ingredients. So let’s try something new on these fasting days!

- 1 Cup Hung curd
- 1 tsp Each dry fruits like cashew nuts, peanuts lotus seeds etc
- 3 tbsp Chestnut flour
- ¼ tsp Each Rock salt and black pepper
- ⅙ tsp Roasted cumin seeds
- 1 tbsp Clarified butter (For greasing the griddle )
- ¼ tsp Coriander powder
Place 1 cup of curd on a strainer to separate its moisture.
Transfer it into a container, add salt, pepper, roasted cumin powder, coriander powder and chestnut flour.
Prepare kabab and place dry fruits in between and place directly on the griddle.
Sear them from both the sides and serve it.
