Aloo Bhujiya/Bhujia Recipe
- 1 cup Chopped potatoes
- 1 tbsp Mustard Oil
- 2 tbsp Finely Chopped Onion
- 1 tsp Turmeric Power
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1 tsp kastoori Methi (Dried Fenugreek Leaves)
- Heat mustard oil in a pan, add cumin seeds into it and let it tamper.

- Add chopped potatoes in the same pan.

- Add salt, turmeric powder and red chili powder in the pan.

- Mix it well and add kastoori Methi (Dried Fenugreek Leaves) into it.

- Add roughly chopped onion into it and cook it for some time.

- When onion turns transparent then turn off the flame.

- Serve it with any main-course recipe.
