Golgappe ka teekha pani| Puff Balls Tangy Water Recipe
- 1 Inch Ginger
- 3 Piece Green chillies (As per the taste )
- ¼ tsp Asafoetida
- ½ Cup Chopped coriander leaves
- 5 Pieces Mint leaves (Optional )
- ¼ Cup Tamarind juice (Optional )
- ½ Slice Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black salt
- 1 tsp Mango powder
- ½ tsp Chaat masala powder (Optional )
- 1 tsp Roasted cumin powder
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- ¼ tsp Black pepper powder
- 1 tsp Black salt
- 1 tsp Boondi (Optional )
In a grinder jar add green chilli, ginger and coriander leaves, take a whirl around.
Strain it and do not throw its residue as it can be used in potato stuffing.
Mix all the ingredients in the container and add 3 cups of water, check whether everything and serve it.
