Phalhar salad Navratri vrat or any fasting recipes salad

  • 2 Piece Carrots
  • 1 Piece Beetroot
  • 1 Piece Cucumber
  • 5 Pieces Raisins
  • ⅙ tsp Crushed black peppercorn
  • ¼ tsp black salt
  • ¼ tsp Rock salt
  • ½ tsp Roasted cumin powder
  • ½ Slice Lemon
  • 1 Piece Green chilli (Slit )
  • ¼ tsp Amchoor powder or chat masala powder (optional )
  1. Grate both carrots and beetroot.



  2. Add raisins and cucumber chunks along with all the spices and seasonings.



  3. Garnish it with lemon juice and toss it and it is ready to be served.
