Crispy Okra Fingers

I thought preparing something which can suit this weather and okra fingers is a good choice because it will remain crispy for 2 hours, so nonchalantly let’s prepare this recipe as it is very quick and easy.

Crispy Okra Fingers

  • 1 cup Slit Okra with no seeds (Remove all the seeds and cut them as per your choice)
  • 1 tbsp Rice Flour
  • 1 tbsp Gram Flour
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Celery Seeds (Ajwain)
  • 1 tsp Funnel Seeds
  • 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tsp Curry Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 cup Vegetable Oil/Ghee (Clarified Butter) (For frying)
  1. Take okra wash them and cut them as per your desired shapes.
  2. Add all the ingredients and mix them well.
  3. Add one tbsp of water in it and mix them well.
  4. Heat oil and fry them as shown in the image.
  5. When they will turn golden brown then remove it from oil.
  6. Spread them on tissue paper so that extra oil can get imbibed.
  7. Serve it with your favorite chutney
