Crispy Okra Fingers
I thought preparing something which can suit this weather and okra fingers is a good choice because it will remain crispy for 2 hours, so nonchalantly let’s prepare this recipe as it is very quick and easy.
Crispy Okra Fingers
- 1 cup Slit Okra with no seeds (Remove all the seeds and cut them as per your choice)
- 1 tbsp Rice Flour
- 1 tbsp Gram Flour
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Celery Seeds (Ajwain)
- 1 tsp Funnel Seeds
- 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Curry Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 cup Vegetable Oil/Ghee (Clarified Butter) (For frying)
- Take okra wash them and cut them as per your desired shapes.
- Add all the ingredients and mix them well.
- Add one tbsp of water in it and mix them well.
- Heat oil and fry them as shown in the image.
- When they will turn golden brown then remove it from oil.
- Spread them on tissue paper so that extra oil can get imbibed.
- Serve it with your favorite chutney
