Pav Bhaji Recipe
There are several ways to prepare pav bhaji recipe, one can use different combination of vegetables as per one’s choice, even it can be prepared with variety of ingredients after boiling them so that pulpy texture can evidently pursue, it can be cooked by grinding the row or boiled ingredients. Let’s learn step by step process to prepare this recipe.
Pav Bhaji Recipe
- 2 Pieces Boiled Potatoes
- 2 tbsp Chopped Tomato
- 2 tbsp Peas
- 1 tbsp Chopped capsicum
- 1 tbsp Chopped Carrot
- 1 tsp Chopped Ginger and garlic
- 1 tsp Finely Chopped Green Chili
- 1 tbsp Cauliflower Florets
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Kashmiri mirch powder
- 1 tbsp Coriander Leaves
- 1 tbsp Pav bhaji masala
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- Take boiled potato and half boiled pea and strain water and let it cool down.
- Take all the chopped ingredients as shown in the image.
- Either boil them or directly grind them along with a pinch of salt.
- Heat butter and add the grind ingredients.
- Cook them unless its rawness disappears, then add half boiled peas.
- Add boiled mashed potatoes in the pan.
- With the help of wooden spatula or mashing spatula keep cooking it.
- Add salt, turmeric powder and green chili powder in the pan.
- Mix them well and add coriander leaves along with water.
- Keep stirring and cooking them then add lemon juice and a cube of butter and switch off the flame.
- Take pav, cut them from the middle and apply salt, pepper and butter to grill them.
- Serve them together with fried chilies.
