Tricolour Pasta With Indian Twist
Tricolour pasta looks so amazing due to its amazing texture, but here I’ve used semolina pasta as it is healthy, this time I tried Indian style for the pasta recipe, and yeah it was amazing. Let’s learn step by step process to prepare this recipe.
Tricolour Pasta With Indian Twist
- 1 cup Tricolor pasta
- 1 tbsp Mustard Oil
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1 tbsp Chopped Carrots
- 1 tbsp Chopped beans
- 1 tsp Chopped Capsicum (Bell Pepper)
- 1 tsp Half inch cut pizza cili
- 1 tsp Sliced cabbage
- 1 tsp Salt (As per the taste)
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- Take tricolor pasta and boil them for 10 minutes or micro web with water for 30 minutes.
- Strain it and let it cool down, then sprinkle black pepper and salt over it.
- Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
- Add all the chopped vegetables and cook them unless they turns soft and tender.
- Add salt and spices and mix them.
- Add pasta and stir fry for few minutes.
- Serve it hot.
