Tricolour Pasta With Indian Twist

Tricolour pasta looks so amazing due to its amazing texture, but here I’ve used semolina pasta as it is healthy, this time I tried Indian style for the pasta recipe, and yeah it was amazing. Let’s learn step by step process to prepare this recipe.

Tricolour Pasta With Indian Twist

  • 1 cup Tricolor pasta
  • 1 tbsp Mustard Oil
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Carrots
  • 1 tbsp Chopped beans
  • 1 tsp Chopped Capsicum (Bell Pepper)
  • 1 tsp Half inch cut pizza cili
  • 1 tsp Sliced cabbage
  • 1 tsp Salt (As per the taste)
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  1. Take tricolor pasta and boil them for 10 minutes or micro web with water for 30 minutes.
  2. Strain it and let it cool down, then sprinkle black pepper and salt over it.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
  4. Add all the chopped vegetables and cook them unless they turns soft and tender.
  5. Add salt and spices and mix them.
  6. Add pasta and stir fry for few minutes.
  7. Serve it hot.
