Beans And Carrot Soup Recipe

Soup is an appetizer and hence taken before meal to stimulate one’s appetite, but due to its nutritional benefit one can have it any time. I’ve tried making beans and carrot soup let’s learn step by step process to prepare soup recipe.

Beans And Carrot Soup Recipe

  • 2 tbsp Chopped beans
  • 2 tbsp Greated carrots
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Onion
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp Mustard Oil/Clarified Butter
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 tsp Black Salt
  • 1 tbsp Corn Flour (One can use ararot or wheat flour also)
  1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds to let it temper.
  2. Boil grated carrot and beans along with salt and pepper.
  3. Take half of the chopped ingredients as shown in the image.
  4. Add chopped onion in the pan as shown in the image.
  5. Add all the chopped ingredients in the pan and stir fry them along with black pepper and salt as shown in the image.
  6. Add water and boil it for few minutes.
  7. Add water in cornflour and prepare liquid, drizzle it in the pan and mix it well.
  8. Serve it it hot.
