Bhindi Ki Bhujia Recipe| Okra Stir fry Recipe|Weightloss Recipe
Today I am cooking a very simple side dish which is okra stir fry, this recipe goes well with rice lentils, paratha, roti and puri as well. This recipe doesn’t require any spices, just turmeric powder and salt make it much delightful and the actual taste of the recipe can easily be felt while eating it. It can also be added to the weight loss category as it contains healthy ingredients. Let’s learn step by step process to prepare this recipe.
Okra Stir Fry Recipe
- 100 gm Okra
- 1 Piece Chopped Onion
- 2 Piece Slit green chilli
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp Mustard oil
Chop okra as you want it.
Roughly chop the onion.
Slit the green chillies.
Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onion and green chilli, fry them well.
Add okra fry them, add salt and turmeric powder, mix them and fry unless okra becomes little crispy and its rawness gets removed.
Serve it hot.
