Boiled Sprouts Salad
Sprouts are very healthy and nutritious, but few of us find difficulty in digesting them and suffer from acidity. So for those who are unable to eat raw they can boil it, I’ve boiled them and the choices of grams may vary. I’ve used green grams i.e. mung beans, chickpeas, brown chickpeas, raungi or lobhia or soya beans and moot beans. You can even use wheat seeds. Let’s learn steps to prepare this salad.
