Boondi Raita Recipe
Boondi raita is very quick to prepare, which can be served as side dish as it is a taste enhancer. Curd used in this recipe soothes the stomach, so adding this recipe in a regular diet will be very prolific for the health, One can even add freshly chopped coriander leaves to enhance its flavour. One can prepare raita using boondi, bottle gourd, cucumber, pineapple etc but the method will be the same. Let’s learn step by step process to prepare this recipe.
Boondi Raita Recipe
For Raita
- 1 cup Whisked Curd
- 1/2 cup Boondi
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Chat Masala
- 1 tsp Salt/Black Salt
- 1 tsp Dry roasted Cumin and carom seeds Powder
For Boondi
- 1 cup Gram Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Soda (It is optional)
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1 cup Vegetable Oil (For Frying)
- Mix gram flour and water along with baking soda.
- Prepare boondi and put them aside removing them from oil.
- Take curd whisk it for 2 minutes and add sugar in it.
- Add chat masala, black salt, roasted cumin and carom seed powder
- Mix them well.
- Add boondi in it and mix them well.
- Mix them well, if you want to add coriander leaves then add them and your recipe is ready to be served.
