Carrot And Spinach Appam Recipe
Carrot and spinach mixed with appam batter is really amazing way to prepare a delicious breakfast. I have used rice and lentils for this batter, let’s learn step by step process to prepare this recipe.
Carrot And Spinach Appam Recipe
- 2 cup Batter of soaked rice and lentils
- 1 cup Boiled and grind spinach
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black mustard seeds
- 1 tbsp Mustard oil
- 1 tsp Curry leaves
- 1 tbsp Chopped carrot
- Take the batter and mixed grind spinach along with salt.

- Mix them well.

- Add chopped carrot in the same pan and mix them well.

- Heat appam tray and apply mustard oil.

- Sprinkle black mustard seeds in the appam tray.

- Add curry leaves in the appam tray.

- Put the batter in the appam tray.

- Flip it over and cook from other side as well.

- Serve it hot with your favorite chutney.
