Palak (Spinach) Idli Recipe

  • 2 cup Idli batter
  • 1 cup Boiled and grind spinach
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  1. Take the idli batter and add spinach paste.
  2. Mix them well.
  3. Apply oil in the idli tray and put the ingredients.
  4. Similarly place all the idli tray in the steamer.
  5. After 15 minutes this recipe is ready, check it.
  6. Now it is ready after it cools down then remove it from the idli tray with the help of knife.
  7. Serve it with sambhar and chutney.
