Chinese Fried Rice | Vegetable Fried Rice
Fried rice is the dish of cooked rice, which is being prepared by mixing it with vegetables and several spices. It is a popular dish in Asia. One can add ingredients as per the choice, here I am adding a few vegetables and cooking it in an iron wok so that there is no need to add any sauces for its texture. Let’s learn step by step process to cook fried rice.
Chinese Fried Rice | Vegetable Fried Rice
- 1 Cup Rice
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 Piece Medium-sized onion (Chopped )
- 1 tbsp Chopped green chillies
- 1 tbsp Diced carrot
- 1 tbsp Chopped capsicum
- 1 tbsp Chopped lettuce
- 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- 2 tbsp Chopped cauliflower
- 1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
- 1 tsp Cumin powder
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- 1 tbsp Roasted cumin and carrom seeds powder
- 1 tsp Salt (As per the taste )
- 1 tsp Black pepper powder
Boil rice in a container, I have added 1 cup of rice and 2 cups of water into it.
Check whether it is done, segregate its water and put it on the strainer so that it can easily cool down.
Heat oil in an iron wok.
Add chopped onion and fry them.
Add the rest of the veggies and stirfry them.
Add ginger and garlic paste and fry them.
Add all the spices along with salt.
Add roasted cumin and carrom powder.
Mix them well.
Add boiled rice and just them together.
Stir fry them and swith off the flame.
Rice dish is ready to be served.
