Easy Whole Wheat Bread

Bread is known as a staple food which can be prepared by fermenting the dough using yeast, flour and water. I am using whole wheat for this bread preparation, I have not added any colour or preservative so this is a purely healthy recipe, one can try this recipe with any glutenfree flour as well. Commercial bread commonly contains additives to improve flavour, texture, colour, shelf life, and ease of manufacturing, but here I have not added any additives and one can eat it for a week or two after refrigeration.

 

Easy Whole Wheat Bread

  • 1 tbsp Yeast
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Refined oil
  • 1 Cup Whole wheat flour
  • 2 tbsp Milk
  1. In a bowl add 1 tbsp of Yeast.



  2. I tbsp of sugar.



  3. Add 3 tbsp of water and mix it well.



  4. Fermented yeast is ready.



  5. In a big container add 1 cup of wheat flour.



  6. Add yeast solution in between the flour.



  7. Add oil into it.



  8. Mix it well with hand, keep adding yeast water and prepare a dough.



  9. The dough is ready.



  10. Cover it with plastic wrap.



  11. Rest the dough for 45 minutes.



  12. Remove the plastic wrap and mash it with the hand for a few minutes.



  13. Before putting the dough on the kitchen platform make sure that your kitchen platform is hygienic and clean, then transfer that on the kitchen platform and form the shape as shown.



  14. Fold it as shown and put it aside.



  15. Grease the bread mould with oil.



  16. Place the folded dough.



  17. Cover it with plastic wrap and let it rest for 30 minutes.



  18. After thirty minutes remove the plastic wrap.



  19. Sprinkle milk over the dough.



  20. Bake it for 20 minutes under the convection at 180-degree centigrade.



  21. After 20 minutes.



  22. Remove it from the microwave and let it cool down.



  23. Bread is ready now cut them into pieces and serve it with butter.
