Dry fruits and chocolate milkshake, or dry fruits chocolate overload is a healthy beverage with the power of nuts, as well a great energy supplement for anyone who wants a quick boost of energy. The best thing is, it is gluten-free and amazing. Creamy and tasty milkshake without sugar(I have used mishri powder that is raw sugar). This dry fruit and nut milkshake is a great option for breakfast and dinner, as its very filling or you can have it after a light meal. This dry fruits milkshake is very good for growing kids.

This milkshake is also the best option for nursing mothers and even for pregnant lady, as they are advised to have frequent meals, so this is really amazing option to have it, as it is packed with protein and vitamins, so equally important for the foetus growth.

Can you believe that half the year is already gone by and that the festive season is just around the corner? But this year there is no family visiting us neither we are able to make it! Due to pandemic!

I’ll be doing quite a bit of cooking. Today’s recipe is a milk-based dessert drink that is loved by all age groups. So, let’s learn step by step process to prepare this simple quick and 2 minutes recipe.

 

Chocolate & dry fruits Milkshake | Dry fruits Smoothie

  • ¼ Cup Each Almond & Cashewnuts (Soaked for 3 hours )
  • ½ tbsp Raw sugar
  • ¼ Cup Milk & Saffron solution
  • 2 tbsp Chocolate of your choice
  • 1 Cup Milk
  1. Take soaked almonds & Cashewnuts.



  2. In a grinderjar add all the ingredients along with saffron milk.



  3. Take a whirl around along with one cup of milk.



  4. Pour the drink into a glass.



  5. Serve it.
