Coriander Chutney | धनिया की चट्नी

Chutney is the appurtenance for all the Indian snacks like Samosa, veg sandwich, aloo tikki, dhokla, dabeli, burger etc. Even the main course thalis are incomplete without chutney.

India is a land of spicy food and there are endless types of spicy chutneys which are an indispensable part of Indian snacks. This coriander chutney recipe is for preparing fascinating mild spicy Indian style dip using green coriander leaves, garlic, green chillies, ginger, lemon juice etc. Earlier I shared this chutney for fasting and falahari, but here it is for normal days. Let’s learn step by step process to prepare this recipe.

Coriander Chutney | धनिया की चट्नी

  • 1 Cup Chopped coriander leaves
  • 7 Piece Garlic cloves
  • 5 Piece Green chillies (Add as per your taste )
  • 1 tsp Himalayan salt (As per the taste )
  • 1 tsp Mustard oil
  • ½ Slice Lemon
  1. In a grinding jar add chopped coriander leaves.



  2. Add garlic cloves.



  3. Add green chillies.



  4. Add himalayan salt.



  5. Add mustard oil into it.



  6. Add lemon juice.



  7. Grind it and preserve it for further use.



  8. Preserve it in an airtight container.
