Coriander Chutney Without Garlic
Coriander chutney can be prepared in several ways, right now I am trying my hands on a recipe without garlic, hence I have found the replacement ingredients for the same, let’s prepare this recipe.
Coriander Chutney Without Garlic
- 1 cup Coriander
- 1 Piece Green Chili
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Curd
- 2 tbsp Water (As per the consistency you want)
- 1 tsp Black Salt
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp Mustard Oil
- In a container add water and apple cider vinegar and put coriander leaves as shown in the image. After few minutes remove them from water and put them aside.
- In a grinding jar add both the salts, lemon juice chopped coriander leaves, curd and green chili.
- Grind them to form a smooth paste add water if required. Chutney is ready to be served.
