Cranberry Jam Recipe

Today I am going to share a very simple recipe of cranberry jam, this recipe can be prepared very easily, and you will enjoy the aroma of preservative-free, artificial colour free delight. After arriving in America we saw so many berries on the shelf of fruits and vegetable shops. I had never seen the fresh cranberries so thought to try it, but never thought it is extremely citrus, so we decided to use this fruit and no other option than making a jam out of it. But surprisingly it came out super delicious, this sweet and tart jam is delicious with toast or biscuits, it’s the perfect addition to a cheese board, and heavenly when spooned over creamy desserts.

Cranberry jam Recipe

  • 300 gm Cranberry
  • 1 Piece Chopped Apple
  • ¼ Cup Blueberries
  • ¼ Cup Orange
  • 1 Cup Sugar (Adjust as per your choice )
  • ¼ Cup Chopped grapes
  • 1 Piece Crushed cardamom
  1. The day before preparation place washed cranberries into ½ cup of powdered sugar and let it stay overnight.



  2. The next day mix it well with the help of a spoon.



  3. Add assorted fruits and mix them well.



  4. Add the ingredients into a wok and cook it.



  5. When this consistency arrives, you can switch off the flame.



  6. When it cools down preserve it in an airtight container.



  7. The recipe is ready.
